Position Summary
Coordinate administrative and support functions for a Department of Defense (DoD) headquarters organization as a critical enabler, facilitating day‑to‑day operations and mitigating miscommunication.
Responsibilities- Deliver full range of front office support, including meeting set‑up and execution, IT inventory management, correspondence, document management, security, and action item management.
- Follow established correspondence procedures, standardized document routing, and approval processes.
- Ensure meetings, virtual sessions, and staff work receive appropriate attention.
- Provide proven solutions to leadership and their staff.
- Manage calendars for senior government officials, scheduling, follow‑up, and prioritizing meetings for leadership.
- Experience using Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
- Ability to perform administrative tasks for the front office of a military or federal organization.
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in administration, or 3+ years in lieu of a degree.
- Secret clearance required.
- 3+ years of experience providing administrative services in a professional office environment.
- Experience working in a military headquarters or federal organization.
- Knowledge of DoD and U.S. Army organization, correspondence, and procedural requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;
Secret clearance is required.
Projected compensation range: $62,000 to $141,000 (annualized USD). Additional benefits include health, life, disability, financial, retirement, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, and work‑life programs.
