Administrative Assistant

Ghostrock, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor, is seeking a Clerical and Administrative Assistant, Junior.

Provide general administrative support and perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, assisting with travel vouchers, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

• 0-3 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• BA/BS degree in a relevant subject or discipline for the position.
• Degree Substitution:
  Associate’s degree plus 5 years related additional work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. OR General Education Development (GED) and/or a relevant technical certification plus 10 years additional work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

This position is located in Arlington, Virginia.
