Position Overview
ANSER is seeking an Executive Forum Analyst to support the Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) and Deputy Secretary of War decision‑making forums within the Organizational and Management Policy Directorate (O&MPD) under the Director of Administration and Management (DA&M). In this role you will provide meeting management, meeting execution, and senior leader stakeholder coordination to ensure effective governance processes and informed decision‑making.
You will work closely with senior leaders across the Office of the Secretary of War, Joint Staff, and Military Services to facilitate executive‑level engagements and maintain continuity across governance activities.
- Coordinate meeting agendas, read‑ahead materials, and official meeting minutes for senior leader governance forums.
- Maintain SharePoint sites, user access, calendars, and related collaboration tools supporting governance activities.
- Capture, coordinate, and distribute meeting summaries, decisions, and action items to appropriate stakeholders.
- Utilize enterprise tools and portals that integrate authoritative data sources to track, monitor, and report on senior leader decision‑making activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across the Department of War and other government organizations to support governance forums and executive engagements.
- Schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, distribute calendar invitations, and manage meeting logistics.
- Track and manage meeting attendance, RSVP responses, and participant coordination.
- Provide timely solutions and responsive customer support for governance‑related requests and issues.
- Support the planning and execution of executive‑level meetings and decision forums.
- Active Top Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience providing executive support or services to senior General/Flag Officers, Senior Executive Service (SES) leaders, or equivalent corporate executives within the Department of War, other government agencies, or industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting meeting management, event planning, agenda development, meeting documentation, or executive governance activities.
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft SharePoint.
- Experience coordinating stakeholders across the Department of War or other government organizations.
- Demonstrated proficiency communicating in English through written documentation and verbal communication.
- Ability to work on‑site five days per week during core business hours, with flexibility to support customer requirements outside standard business hours as needed.
- Experience supporting Department of War governance forums and senior leader decision‑making processes.
- Experience supporting the Office of the Secretary of War, Joint Staff, or Military Service headquarters organizations.
- Experience working collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Experience supporting senior leader stakeholder engagement and executive‑level meeting execution.

Salary RangeFull Time Salary Range for this position: $99,000—$144,000 USD
