Workplace Experience Ambassador 1

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Workplace Experience Ambassador 1 to support day-to-day workplace operations. In this front-facing role, you will help create a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment for employees, guests, and vendors while coordinating meeting spaces and workplace services. This is a long-term contract position and is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and eager to deliver a high standard of support.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome employees, guests, and external partners with a courteous approach and provide timely assistance for workplace-related needs.
• Oversee reception and other front-of-house activities, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and directed to the appropriate contacts.
• Coordinate the setup of conference rooms, event spaces, and shared areas by arranging furniture, signage, and essential equipment.
• Maintain accurate scheduling information for rooms, meetings, and onsite activities by updating calendars and booking records throughout the day.
• Partner with facilities and workplace teams to support daily operations and address service requests as business needs arise.
• Monitor shared spaces to help keep workplace areas presentable, functional, and ready for planned meetings or events.
• Use workplace technology and communication tools such as Microsoft applications, Google tools, Slack, and laptops to manage daily tasks and respond to requests.
