Cybermedia Technologies (CTEC) is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant I to join our team.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW:CISA's Stakeholder Engagement Division requires an integrated team to support council and sector governance, approximately 500 annual engagements, stakeholder coordination, policy and risk analysis, executive communications, records, and contract management. The work spans unclassified and classified environments and requires products that are accurate, accessible, compliant, and ready for government use.
POSITION SUMMARYProvide cleared organizational, meeting, and executive-support services for CISA sector activities. This is not a basic reception role; it requires precise logistics, confident interaction with senior officials, strong written records, and disciplined handling of classified information.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate classified and unclassified meeting registration, calendars, rooms, attendee lists, materials, and onsite logistics.
- Interface professionally with senior government officials, industry representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Record attendance, capture detailed meeting notes, and draft accurate notes for the record.
- Develop work plans and checklists to execute meetings and recurring operational activities.
- Maintain action trackers, distribution lists, records, correspondence, and document repositories.
- Prepare and format agendas, briefing books, executive materials, and routine status updates.
- Route inquiries and documents, monitor deadlines, and follow up on assigned actions.
- Perform all duties in accordance with security, records-management, privacy, and CISA/DHS formatting requirements.
- 2+ years experience with administrative, executive-support, meeting-support, or program-coordination experience in a federal or similarly structured environment.
- Excellent organization, customer service, written communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to interact appropriately with senior officials and manage several time-sensitive priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and shared repositories.
- Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI; U.S. citizenship required.
- Experience supporting classified meetings or secure facilities.
- Prior CISA, DHS, DoD, intelligence-community, council, or committee support.
- Experience preparing formal meeting records and executive briefing materials.
- Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI; U.S. citizenship required.
- Work is expected to be onsite in Arlington, Virginia; approved telework may be available only as authorized by the Government.
- Positions are contingent upon contract award and successful completion of applicable security or suitability processing.
- For cleared positions, the recruiting requirement is an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI-not necessarily current SCI access on day one.
- For suitability positions, candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable DHS Fitness Determination. Prior DHS service may help, but a previous Public Trust is not automatically transferable or guaranteed to reactivate.
Compensation and employment offer are negotiable and will be finalized based on the candidate's relevant experience and interview assessment.
