Position Overview

Mission Quality Partners is seeking a Business Management Analyst to support the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s Council Management leadership.

This position will provide governance, operational, administrative, and executive-level support to leadership, councils, advisory bodies, committees, and working groups.

The successful candidate will be highly organized and capable of managing schedules, correspondence, tasking, records, and leadership materials in a fast paced federal environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and executive-level assistance, including scheduling, calendar coordination, correspondence management, task tracking, and workflow organization.
  • Prepare accurate, professional, and leadership-ready materials.
  • Support document routing, review, approval, and clearance tracking.
  • Coordinate meeting preparation and leadership engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use email, CATT/STORM, and other government-approved routing and tracking systems to manage assignments and deadlines.
  • Maintain organized electronic records, files, logs, trackers, and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting summaries, reports, white papers, memoranda, and briefing packages using CISA and DHS templates.
  • Develop executive-level briefing decks, talking points, decision-support materials, and correspondence.
  • Edit and review products for accuracy, grammar, consistency, formatting, tone, and compliance with government standards.
  • Create outreach materials, executive summaries, and other externally facing products.
  • Assist with developing tasking documents, technical materials, and informational content.
  • Track assignments and deliverables to ensure timely responses to leadership requirements.
  • Coordinate with government personnel, senior officials, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide additional business management and program support as required.
Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • One to three years of experience in business analysis, program support, executive support, project coordination, government administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable DHS Suitability/Fitness Determination.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing calendars, correspondence, tasking, workflows, records, or executive-level materials.
  • Ability to prepare professional reports, memoranda, presentations, summaries, and briefing materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform document quality control.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet weekly and time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with senior leadership and internal and external stakeholders.
  • U.S. citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, communications, public policy, homeland security, or a related field.
  • Previous experience supporting DHS, CISA, another federal agency, or a government contractor.
  • Experience supporting senior government officials, councils, advisory bodies, committees, or working groups.
  • Familiarity with CATT, STORM, SharePoint, document-routing systems, or task-management platforms.
  • Experience preparing executive briefings, talking points, decision-support materials, or externally facing communications.
  • Knowledge of federal records management, document-control, or correspondence requirements.
Summary

Work will primarily be performed at CISA facilities in Arlington, Virginia. Teleworkmay be permitted with government approval. Occasional travel may be required.
