Mailroom Clerk | Information Resource Center (IRC) Administrative Support Services
Pro Sidian is seeking a Mailroom Clerk for Program Support on a contract basis, generally located across the Arlington, VA area, supporting U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) in the Government and Public Services Industry Sector.
This role focuses on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as USTDA. The position is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Information Resource Center (IRC) Administrative Support Services

Responsibilities include handling mail, file management, and logistical support; aligning with routine administrative and clerical functions. The role involves managing incoming/outgoing mail, maintaining filing systems, tracking deliveries, and supporting administrative logistics.
The position is located in the Mid Atlantic Region, with an initial work site address at 1101 Wilson Blvd., Suite 1100, Arlington, VA .
QualificationsDesired qualifications for Mailroom Clerk include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in a professional office environment as a support assistant or receptionist, or equivalent position.
- Experience handling phone calls, emails, and mail, serving as the point of contact for internal and external communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software and equipment.
- Physical ability to move large numbers of files and/or file boxes.
- High School diploma required, higher education preferred.
Skills required include:
- Reliability, precision, and attention to detail.
