NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices - Automotive Alignment Technicians. NTB has joined Mavis Tires Family. We're looking for full-time Automotive Alignment Technicians to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art centers in the Arlington, VA area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

Automotive Alignment Technicians use the latest equipment to align newly mounted tires and wheels on customer vehicles. By measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, our technicians reduce tire wear and ensure vehicles travel straight and true. Technicians also complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs, and perform other required automotive service or vehicle repairs.

• Use alignment equipment to measure and adjust vehicle alignment angles (caster, camber, toe, thrust).
• Perform state inspections, oil/filters, flat repairs, and other automotive services as needed.
• Assist customers and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires, or equivalent education/training
• State inspection license is preferred

Active position requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, pulling, reaching, and repetitive movements. Must regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
