Part‑time GTM Enablement Coordinator – We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to contribute to product and partner enablement initiatives within a dynamic team.

• Coordinate training sessions and logistics, managing invitations and attendance tracking.
• Oversee content management and governance, ensuring resources are up‑to‑date and accessible.
• Draft and format communication materials, including emails and presentations.
• Administer knowledge checks and surveys to gather feedback and insights.
• Support project management operations, maintaining workflows and tracking progress.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align enablement deliverables and initiatives.

• Strong background in content creation and management.
• Proven project management skills with a focus on organizational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience with content management tools like High Spot or Seismic.
• Familiarity with AI‑based tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of learning management systems such as Asana or Jira.
