Position: Enablement Program Coordinator (Part-Time)

Enablement Program Coordinator (20 Hours/Week)

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Enablement Coordinator to help support training programs, content updates, communications, and day-to-day enablement operations across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects moving, coordinating across teams, creating polished content, and ensuring employees and partners have the resources they need to be successful. You'll work closely with product, sales, and enablement stakeholders while helping support product launches, training initiatives, and ongoing field readiness programs.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning programs, including scheduling, tracking attendance, and reporting on completion.
  • Maintain and update enablement content, documentation, and learning resources.
  • Create presentations, communications, newsletters, launch materials, and other training assets.
  • Manage surveys, knowledge checks, and feedback programs, then compile results and insights.
  • Support adoption reporting, pilot programs, and feedback collection efforts.
  • Keep FAQs, knowledge bases, and internal resources current and organized.
  • Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, office hours, and stakeholder communications.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with enablement platform Highsp ot (Must Have).
  • 5+ years of experience in enablement, training coordination, program support, content operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong written communication and content development skill.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with enablement platforms such Seismic.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting product launches, training programs, or sales enablement initiatives.
  • Exposure to AI-powered productivity or content creation tools.
