Salary: $55,000 minimum

Mack Molding Headquarters, located in stunning southern Vermont, is searching for a procurement specialist – a savvy, problem‑solving individual who can communicate with employees, suppliers, and customers to coordinate the procurement and distribution of materials and supplies for the Company.

• Manage standard costing documents and inventory levels.
• Run scheduled receipts for expediting and enter orders for return of rejected items to suppliers.
• Provide accurate, timely information to internal stakeholders about delivery schedules and supplier flexibility.
• Make commitments about purchased items for new or change orders.
• Write and sign requisitions and purchase orders.
• Review MRP and manufacturing schedules.
• Maintain on‑time deliveries, customer service, and supplier ratings.

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• One to two years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to interpret professional texts, present information, and provide constructive feedback.
• Basic algebra and geometric knowledge.
• Strong skills in word processing, spreadsheet, inventory, and manufacturing software.
