Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Total Rewards Analyst
Seeking a data-driven Total Rewards Analyst to support compensation, benefits, mobility, and immigration programs. This role focuses on analyzing large datasets, building models, developing executive-level presentations, and providing insights that support strategic business decisions.
Analytics & Reporting- Analyze compensation, benefits, mobility, and immigration program data
- Develop models to evaluate pay competitiveness, pay equity, benefits utilization, and cost trends
- Analyze mobility costs and policy effectiveness
- Transform complex datasets into actionable business insights
- Partner with vendors, brokers, finance, and accounting teams to gather and analyze data
- Assist with benefits billing reviews and administrative fee processing
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership
- Develop data-driven recommendations to support business decisions
- Identify risks, opportunities, and trends through analysis
- Prepare materials for executive meetings and leadership reviews
- Support evaluation of compensation structures and incentive programs
- Analyze benefits programs and market competitiveness
- Conduct benchmarking studies and trend analysis
- Recommend program enhancements and improvements
- Analyze domestic and international mobility programs
- Evaluate assignment costs, vendor performance, and policy effectiveness
- Review immigration-related trends and costs
- Identify opportunities to improve employee experience and cost efficiency
- Support pay equity and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Review benefits, mobility, and immigration program compliance
- Assist with audits and documentation requirements
- Identify and escalate potential compliance risks
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and external vendors
- Provide analytical support for strategic HR projects and initiatives
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience OR MBA and 1+ year of experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience analyzing large datasets and developing analytical models
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Experience creating executive-level reports and presentations
- Experience using AI tools for data analysis and research
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling with data
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or similar platforms
- Compensation and benefits analysis experience
- Workday experience
- Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian labor laws
- Experience supporting mobility or immigration programs
- Corporate environment experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field with 4+ years of experience OR
- MBA with 1+ year of relevant experience
- One month of onsite training required
- Hybrid schedule after training (3 days onsite)
- Must be flexible to work onsite as business needs require
- Teams interview followed by onsite final interview
- Potential for permanent conversion based on performance and business needs
- Strong emphasis on Excel modeling, data analysis, AI utilization, and executive presentation development
