Sales Operations Analyst, US-SMB , Scale Operations Team

Job Description

The North American Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement (SSOE) team is seeking an entry-level Sales Operations Analyst to support the Small and Medium Business (SMB) team. The analyst will support the SMB go-to-market strategy through data analysis and operational reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Generate and maintain regular cadenced reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for SMB leadership.
• Accurately route and track revenue across SMB territories and segments.
• Assist with compensation plan inquiries, escalations, and resolution tracking to ensure accurate sales representative compensation.
• Conduct deep dives into business data to answer specific questions for Sales Operations Leads and sales leaders.
• Participate in rhythm of business activities such as Monthly Business Reviews (M ), quarterly planning cycles, and ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Identify reporting issues, data discrepancies, and gaps in operational processes, escalating concerns and driving resolution.
• Learn and maintain existing tools and business processes while contributing ideas for simplification and standardization.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales Operations Leads, Finance, Tools and Technology teams, and partner teams to execute key priorities.

Qualifications:

• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience.
• Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.

Compensation: USA, TX, Austin – 88,100.00 –  USD annually. USA, VA, Arlington – 88,100.00 –  USD annually.
