We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and scaling of a Maintenance Platform focused on improving operational efficiency, workflow automation, and user experience.

Required Skills & Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with B2B SaaS, operations, or platform products.
• Define and execute product roadmap for maintenance workflows, work order management, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and stakeholders to deliver scalable product solutions.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including requirements, prioritization, launch, and continuous improvements.
• Experience with workflow-based platforms such as CRM, work order systems, or operations tools.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML for automation, workflow optimization, and intelligent recommendations.
• Use data, user feedback, and performance metrics to drive product decisions and adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical skills, and cross-functional leadership experience.
