Operations Analyst III - TOP SECRET Clearance Required

Job Summary

Provide administrative, acquisition, and financial advisory support to assist the office in the execution of existing and new programs in Strategic Explorations and Special Programs. Requires a Top Secret security clearance and a letter of commitment.

• Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and optimization methods to develop and interpret information supporting management decision‑making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.
• Collect and analyze data; develop decision‑support software, services, or products.
• Develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.
• Organize small meetings and track technical and financial milestones.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or mathematics.
• At least 3 years’ experience organizing small meetings and tracking technical and financial milestones.
• At least 6 years’ experience in operations research, including coordinating and managing large organizations, applying analytical methods from mathematics, science, and engineering.
• Strong skills in gathering information and constructing mathematical models to describe systems.
• Creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems in financial, administrative, and program management.
