Hours Per Week: Approximately 35 hours per week (standard business hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM). Schedules are flexible to accommodate current student class commitments.
Approximate Duration: June 2026 through early/mid-2027. Internships may last up to 11 months from the start date.

Interns are expected to work onsite Monday through Wednesday, with the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in program & project management, events, customer support, process improvement and partner relations, with a focus on CES Strategic Programs and operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people, excellent organization and communication skills, and be able to work both independently as well as in a team environment.
In this role, the CES Strategic Programs Intern will collaborate cross‑functionally with colleagues on various internal and external projects, programs, and events across CES. You’ll support the team with the management of partner and vendor relationships; providing recommendations for improving processes; and assisting with project planning and execution.

Critical Duties and Responsibilities- Manage aspects of partner & customer relationships including onboarding, providing ongoing support and communication as well as resolving issues.
- Track project deliverables and work with colleagues to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with internal CTA business operations for CES including events, catering, Show Floor Tours, staff uniforms, staff badges, CES Innovations Awards Program and other project needs as required.
- Review processes and identify opportunities to improve.
- Create and maintain CES milestone calendar.
- Assist with budget management.
- Perform other duties as required by business needs.
- Prior experience in customer support, project and/or program management, event, trade show and/or conference planning preferred.
- Previous experience in Microsoft suite, including Outlook preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in the field of Project Management, Customer Support, Hospitality, Event Management or Marketing preferred.
- Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑centric, proactive, empathetic mindset.
- Brings strong and proactive attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
