Location:
Arlington, VA / Washington, DC area, including NGB, TARC, Pentagon, ANGRC, Joint Base Andrews, and authorized telework locations.
Work Arrangement:
On-site/hybrid as authorized; remote work is not permitted.
Clearance:
Top Secret required; TS/SCI eligibility preferred.

Summit Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to support NGB Executive Secretariat staff action and workflow management. The Senior Project Analyst will provide senior‑level tasker control, suspense discipline, coordination support, meeting management, and executive staff action oversight.
Responsibilities- Lead tasker intake, triage, routing, prioritization, tracking, and closeout.
- Determine appropriate Offices of Primary Responsibility and coordination requirements.
- Establish internal suspense dates and protect Government deadlines.
- Support high‑visibility, short‑suspense, classified, and senior‑leader taskers.
- Monitor tasker aging and accelerate late or high‑risk actions.
- Review task products for completeness, quality, coordination, and responsiveness.
- Interface with senior military and civilian officials with professionalism and discretion.
- Support governance meeting calendars, attendee accountability, and read‑ahead tracking.
- Provide guidance to Project Analysts, Action Officers, and Workflow Managers.
- Support SOP updates, training materials, workflow improvements, and continuity documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Public Policy, Management, Communications, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Eight to ten years of relevant experience in project analysis, staff action support, military staff operations, executive support, or workflow management.
- Experience analyzing complex issues and presenting them clearly and concisely.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and Government system access.
- Experience briefing senior leadership.
- Knowledge of National Guard missions, functions, and DoD relationships.
- Experience with ETS, ETMS2, CATMS, JSAP, TMT, or similar systems.
- Prior NGB, Joint Staff, Army, Air Force, or OSD experience.
