What You Will Do:

An Acquisition Specialist will support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) with analytical, consulting, and/or assessments of technical, business & administrative goals of a Department of War (DoW) research program. You will perform analysis requiring advanced knowledge of the DoW procurement process and methodologies.

What You Will Need:

* An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance

* Masters Degree

* SIX (6) or more years' experience with Department of War (DoW) acquisition processes. Experience should include, but not be limited to:

* Experience with varied acquisition methodologies and strategies within the DoW

* Demonstrated knowledge of procurement requirements, as required within the FAR

* Experience working with contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, and other transactions What Would Be Nice to Have:
* Prior experience working with DARPA

* Experience leveraging and integrating AI tools to improve processes and workflow efficiency

* Experience with Microsoft Office

* Ability to be flexible and readily adaptable to change

* Ability to organize, multi-task, and respond to quick turn-around requests

* Ability to analyze, summarize, and communicate the intellectual content of scientific and technological information to both technical and lay audiences quickly and effectively

* Possession of outstanding attention to detail

* Possession of clear and succinct oral, visual, and written communication skills
