• Drive operational excellence initiatives to define roadmap plans, develop and manage implementation activities.
• Develop documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support.
• Establish channels for continuous feedback and improvement across the organization.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles by collaborating closely with business partners, key stakeholders, and team members; ensuring Plan B’s are always in place.
• Actively seek out opportunities to optimize processes, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall performance across the organization.
• Design processes and procedures that scale with the business’s growth in volume, complexity, and global geographic dispersion.
• Apply tools and techniques from Lean and Six Sigma to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and reduce variation.
• Utilize data to identify trends, root causes of problems, and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
• Lead and support change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices.
• Work with teams across different departments to identify and implement improvements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.

• Lean‑Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated track record of Six Sigma problem‑solving and analytical skills, and of achieving results in similar work or operational environments.
• Experience with technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience in procurement, negotiation, sales, consulting, supply chain, product/project management, or marketing.
• 3+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives, LEAN/Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives.
• Expertise in operational excellence methodologies.

The base salary range for this position is 95,400.00 –  USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
