Staff Officer III

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Staff Officer III to support a company focused on national security and intelligence operations within the Department of War (DoW). This position is on-site at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA
. The Staff Officer III will lead critical reporting, data analysis, and coordination efforts supporting sensitive activities for senior leadership and Congress. Join a mission-driven team shaping high-visibility intelligence reporting and national security decision-making.

• Lead the preparation, staffing, and delivery of quarterly reports and executive briefings on sensitive activities for Congress and senior Executive Branch leaders
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, working groups, and SA-EXCON sessions, including agendas, materials, rosters, and meeting minutes
• Analyze large datasets and develop visualization tools and dashboards (e.g., Kibana) to support data-driven decision-making
• Identify analytical methodologies and statistical techniques to uncover patterns in classified datasets
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and program managers to support reporting systems and policy/strategy development

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience producing reports and briefings within the Department of War or Intelligence Community
• Experience using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Kibana or similar platforms)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with experience supporting Congressional briefings
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Active TS/SCI Clearance required

• Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000 a year (
  depending on experience
  )
