Overview
Join Booz Allen Hamilton as a specialist who will help Space clients optimize business processes, design new organizational models, and manage associated change. You will work with clients to identify long‑term goals, design the necessary processes and structures, and assess the impact of change on business design and operations.
Responsibilities- Improve systems that move organizations forward, delivering effectiveness for Space clients.
- Assess how changes impact business design and processes to drive organizational strategy.
- Provide clients with a holistic view of their organization to transform practices for the better.
- Drive process standardization, innovative technical solutions, and improved service quality.
- Support new opportunities for optimization, driving capture progress and reporting on the pipeline.
- Engage frequently with clients and internal stakeholders to demonstrate capabilities and create demand.
- 7+ years of experience delivering organizational design, change management, process improvement, organizational performance management, or strategic planning capabilities.
- 3+ years of experience facilitating client‑facing workshops in these areas.
- Experience at a consulting firm or defense contractor.
- Ability to attend client site meetings in Chantilly, VA.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
- Experience supporting business development efforts.
- Experience serving as contract support to the Space Force, Air Force, or U.S.Space Command.
- Experience supporting the acquisition of defense programs.
- Knowledge of military applications of space.
- Organizational Design, Change Management, Process Improvement, or Strategic Planning certifications.
Projected salary range: $55,200–$126,000 (annualized USD). Benefits include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement plans, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Full‑time employees countable for benefit eligibility.
