Pay from : $175,000/yr
- Experience PMO /DAG Support Specialist
- Active Top Secret with SCI
- 7+ years of experience supporting DoD Staff, Headquarters' or PMO offices
- Prior Air Force or U.S. Space Force active duty or civilian experience
- Experience supporting Secretariat of the Air Force or Space Force HQ or equivalent high-level staff organizations
- Strong familiarity with MILSATCOM, space acquisition programs, or Rapid Capabilities Office (RCO) environments
- Working knowledge of DoD and U.S. Space Force governance, staffing, and decision-making processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, high visibility taskings under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organized with the ability to track multiple tasks across multiple programs at the same time
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong Documentation skills
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- The ideal candidate will provide high level support to DoD Staff across Joint programs between DoD agencies to ensure seamless communication and effective execution for mission timelines
- This candidate will work as a high-level operational integrator, translating strategy into actionable outcomes while ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery across the enterprise
- Develop executive-level briefings, information papers, decision packages, and staff summary sheets
- Coordinate across internal directorates and external stakeholders to collect data, synthesize inputs, and deliver consolidated responses
- Maintain and oversee the organizational task management system, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and on-time delivery of all actions
- Track, manage, and respond to high priority taskings from SECAF, CSO, DAF RCO, and SAF/SQ leadership
- Prepare leadership read-a heads and support senior-level engagements, meetings, and decision forums
- Candidate will also play a central role in facilitating informed decision-making, synchronizing staff actions, and ensuring strategic alignment across all organizational elements
