Medical Logistics Sr. Consultant - Clearance Required

LMI is seeking a skilled Senior Medical Logistics Consultant to support Army logistics medical logistics programs through strategic planning, operational analysis, enterprise coordination, program integration, and executive decision support. Successfully demonstrate competency in project execution, client delivery, critical thinking, and relationship management while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior.

Responsibilities
  • Support Army logistics medical logistics programs through operational planning, project execution, and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to evaluate medical logistics operations, organizational performance, operational trends, and emerging issues.
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze information from multiple data sources to support executive decision‑making and program recommendations.
  • Develop executive‑ready briefings, reports, decision papers, presentations, and other written communications supporting medical logistics initiatives.
  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of medical logistics policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives.
  • Coordinate activities and recommendations across multiple Army organizations and stakeholders to support enterprise medical logistics objectives.
  • Monitor project activities, milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure timely execution.
  • Facilitate meetings, working groups, and collaborative planning sessions while documenting decisions and tracking follow‑up actions.
  • Synthesize complex operational and analytical information into actionable recommendations that improve medical logistics readiness, mission performance, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products to support leadership visibility and informed decision making.
  • Support planning activities related to medical logistics readiness, sustainment, capability assessments, and program integration.
  • Support business development activities, including market research, proposal support, solution development, and client engagement, as required.
  • Perform additional consulting, analytical, and project support activities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 12 or more years of professional experience supporting Army logistics, medical logistics, DoD, or other complex Government organizations.
  • Experience conducting operational analysis, readiness assessments, program evaluations, or organizational assessments.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using spreadsheets, databases, and collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources into concise, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive‑level briefings, reports, and presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively within cross‑functional teams.
  • Self‑directed, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
  • Available for occasional travel.
