The Director, Strategic Analysis and Analytic Innovation Division serves as the senior expert for analytic methodology, responsible for developing and providing the advanced analytic methods, decision‑support frameworks, and tooling that enable rigorous, data‑driven analysis across the entire analytic enterprise.

The incumbent leads the development and application of innovative methods to transform complex strategic and resource allocation challenges into tractable analytical problems.

Technical Qualifications (TQs)
  • TQ 1: Demonstrated expertise in designing and applying advanced analytical methods to complex, large‑scale problems. This includes mastery of techniques such as decision analysis under deep uncertainty, machine learning, advanced statistical modeling, operations research, scenario discovery analytics, or other related quantitative fields.
  • TQ 2: Experience leading the development, validation, and implementation of analytic frameworks, models, or decision‑support tools used to inform senior‑level policy, resource allocation, or strategic planning decisions.
