CoStar Group, a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces, is building —a brand‑new platform to reinvent home search for consumers and agents alike.
Job DescriptionThe Product Manager will support agent tools and the consumer‑facing experience, leading both sides of the product from ideation to launch. The role is based in Arlington, VA and requires on‑site presence Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities- Manage and deliver the product roadmap for the Agent and Consumer Experience.
- Drive feature development from start to finish in a fast‑paced Agile environment—write user stories, prioritize releases, maintain backlog, and create release notes.
- Work closely with UX design, engineering, and QA to strategize, plan, and deliver product features.
- Influence the product roadmap for the area you manage.
- Use data to identify opportunities and evaluate results to define enhancements.
- Spend time with customers to validate feature ideas and inform roadmap strategy.
- 3+ years of product management experience with a proven track record delivering industry‑leading products.
- Experience defining and detailing product requirements and launching enhancements to meet customer needs.
- Collaborated with development resources to prioritize features in an Agile‑Scrum process.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience creating wireframes and mock‑ups to visually convey product ideas.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person university or college.
- Track record of commitment to prior employers.
- 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record delivering industry‑leading products.
- Residential real‑estate domain knowledge.
- Experience working with Google Analytics.
Base Compensation: $84,000.00 – $ annually.
