Position DescriptionRios Partners is seeking a Transformation Consultant to support a large-scale organizational transformation initiative for an international client. This role will support project teams delivering transformation design and implementation planning across multiple work streams, including organizational design, operating model design, workforce planning, business process improvement, governance, program management, and change management. Consultants will conduct analyses, develop client‑ready deliverables, facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, and contribute to the successful execution of project objectives.
The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with consulting experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in fast‑paced and dynamic environments.
This position is based in Arlington, Virginia, and follows a hybrid work schedule. While work will primarily be performed during U.S. business hours, candidates must be comfortable supporting occasional early morning or evening meetings to coordinate with global stakeholders and project teams.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred;
Top 20 MBA or similar preferred - 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, organizational transformation, business operations, public sector advisory, or global affairs
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-level strategy, operating model design, or large-scale transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
- Experience developing executive‑ready presentations, reports, and briefings for senior stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams and in multicultural, international environments
- Demonstrated proficiency using AI‑enabled tools to improve research, analysis, content development, and productivity
- Ability to review and refine AI‑generated outputs for quality and accuracy
- Structure complex problems and identify key risks, and strategic opportunities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support decision‑making and strategic planning
- Develop practical recommendations that align long‑term objectives with operational realities
- Prepare and deliver high‑quality materials in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for senior leaders, including briefings, presentations, and strategic updates
- Build credibility with clients and stakeholders through clear communication, sound judgment, and professionalism
- Translate strategy into implementation by supporting planning, coordination, and execution across multiple work streams
- Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and operate effectively in high‑pressure environments
- Work effectively with stakeholders and team members across multiple time zones
