Site Lead – Fingerprinting Operations (Temporary Project)

Sparks Group has partnered with a leading technology and identity verification provider to hire Site Leads for a fingerprinting project up through the end of the year potentially. This position is ideal for experienced team leads, supervisors, or operations professionals who excel at coordinating people, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Site Lead serves as the onsite point of contact and is responsible for the daily success of the fingerprinting location.

• Open and close the fingerprinting site each day.
• Serve as the onsite leader for 10 Fingerprint Technicians.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and applicant traffic throughout the day.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues professionally.
• Serve as the primary liaison between onsite staff and project leadership.
• Ensure all equipment and workstations are operational.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
• Assist with fingerprint processing as needed during peak periods.

• Previous experience in leadership, supervisory, or team lead in a client facing role. NOT call center. Ideally hospitality or retail.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working with technology and electronic systems.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must successfully pass a background check. (A livescan Fingerprint for immediate results will be conducted on site day 1 prior to training)
• Must be available for the entire project.

• Monday through Saturday (Sundays off) 1:00PM - 7:30PM
• Site operations run from 7:00 AM–8:00 PM, with leadership coverage beginning at approximately 6:30 AM.
• No overtime anticipated.
