What we are looking for:
Partner Forces is seeking a Senior Requirements & Process Analyst to support a DHS client. This role will work across multiple teams and stakeholders to identify and manage requirements, translate needs into actionable work, and help drive complex initiatives from definition through implementation.
The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who is comfortable working in an evolving environment, can connect the dots across multiple work streams, and takes ownership of figuring out what needs to happen next. This person will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop processes, resolve questions and dependencies, and keep work moving forward.
What you'll do:
- Lead requirements management activities across multiple teams and work streams.
- Gather, document, organize, validate, and track business and operational requirements.
- Translate broad or evolving requirements into clear actions, processes, and next steps.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, unanswered questions, and decisions needed to advance work.
- Proactively engage the appropriate stakeholders and resources to resolve issues and keep initiatives moving forward.
- Develop and improve processes to support program and operational objectives.
- Facilitate conversations across business, operational, and technical teams and ensure decisions and requirements are appropriately captured and communicated.
- Support requirements validation and acceptance testing activities.
- Develop process documentation, requirements artifacts, briefings, reports, and other materials for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage multiple interconnected priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Qualifications
- Must be a US citizen.
- Must have an active secret clearance.
- 10 years of relevant professional experience in requirements management, business analysis, process improvement, program implementation, operations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, validating, and managing business or operational requirements.
- Strong ability to take ambiguous or high-level direction and translate it into a structured plan of action.
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders, teams, or functional areas.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently identify resources, seek answers, and resolve issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams and priorities.
- Experience supporting federal government programs or other complex operational environments preferred.
- DHS or related federal experience is a plus.
- This role requires approximately 2 days per week onsite.
