The Management Analyst will support a Directorate within the Department of State with domestic budget and data analysis in support of its mission to effectively and efficiently manage domestically owned and leased facilities.

• Maintain and update the organizational database and CMMS systems, ensuring data accuracy by correcting manual entry errors and keeping dashboards current to provide real time visibility to leadership.
• Monitor outstanding action items and SOW requirements to ensure timely follow up and compliance.
• Analyze building related procedures to identify issues and inefficiencies, propose process improvements, and drive resolution.
• Configure and deploy CMMS site setups, manage Maximo site transitions, and validate site location data from Archibus prior to Maximo deployment.
• Provide ad hoc and administrative support and special project support as needed.

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED 'SECRET' Federal or DoD security clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree; (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's FIVE (5) years’ experience, with a minimum of THREE (3) years of experience with at least one of the following: program operations, organizational analysis, records management analysis, space utilization studies, budget analysis, and/or cost benefit analysis.

• Experience working within the Department of State.
