As a Consultant you will have the daily responsibility to analyze client data and generate project results. You will assist with tasks associated with project work streams and interact with our clients to ensure engagement success. This will include supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and senior consulting leaders. You will also assist senior team members with tasks related to divisional growth such as proposals and marketing material.
You will be expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal management.

WhatYou Will Need
- 0-2+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and a collaborative, consultancy mindset.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, verbal and written communication skills, tailoring communications to both clients and coworkers.
- Focus on exceptional quality in all deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL and/or Python.
- Ability to identify and seek needed information / research skills.
- Highly motivated, driven, and dynamic attitude towards work and career.
- High-energy, positive, and persuasive, and the aptitude to lead by example.
- Prior management consulting experience.
- Computer Science background.
- Demonstrated positive and productive client relationship skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
