Project Senior Consultant, Government & Public Services Strategy
Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.
Work you'll do As a Project Senior Consultant, on the Government & Public Services Strategy team, you will be responsible for supporting AI-enabled transformation initiatives and helping clients translate emerging technologies into practical business applications.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the development of client deliverables related to artificial intelligence, generative artificial intelligence, product strategy, and technology-enabled transformation
- Gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements to inform new features, enhancements, and client-facing solutions
- Support project execution activities, including Scrum ceremonies, workstream coordination, status tracking, and backlog management using Jira
- Translate artificial intelligence concepts, governance considerations, and strategic insights into clear, actionable guidance for client stakeholders
- Create presentations, analyses, and other work products that support executive-level communications, decision-making, and overall engagement delivery

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of professional experience with artificial intelligence
- Active Secret security clearance
- Ability to work onsite in Washington DC 3 days per week
- Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role is $107,700 to $179,500. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
