Steel Gate LLC is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to support user experience improvements, onboarding, training, and access coordination for a mission critical collaboration platform. This role evaluates workflows, develops user support materials, assists with training delivery, and supports user access processes.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of eight years supporting Federal programs, mission operations, or analytical functions
• Experience evaluating workflows and conducting UI/UX assessments
• Experience supporting access management coordination
• Experience tracking training metrics and UX improvement metrics
• Experience supporting outreach and engagement activities

• Program analysis and workflow evaluation
• Development of reports, talking points, and mission support documentation
• Strong analytical skills and trend identification
• Strong communication and presentation skills
