Contract Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Contract Specialist (CS) to provide acquisition and contract management support within the federal government. The ideal candidate will:

• Possess good knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Material Management and Acquisition Regulation (MMAR), agency supplements.
• Possess knowledge of Federal procurement regulations and processes,contract documentation, and legal specifications.
• Demonstrate experience with contracting, including pre-award and post-award functions.
• Plan, develop, execute, and administer a wide range of contracted projects.
• Independently manage complex procurements and ensure compliance with all Federal laws and regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-5years Federal acquisition experience.
• Experience with General Service Administration (GSA) contracts desired.
• Strong Analytical and problem- solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and use of procurement software tools.
• Excellent communication and research skills.
