** What You Will Do
*** Support program management, governance, reporting, and operational activities for a large transformation program.
* Maintain project schedules, action-item trackers, risk logs, issue registers, and status reporting tools.
* Prepare weekly and monthly status reports, executive briefings, meeting materials, and dashboards.
* Support governance meetings through agenda preparation, note-taking, action tracking, and follow-up coordination.
* Collect, analyze, and report program performance metrics and key project indicators.
* Assist with development of dashboards, data visualizations, and executive reporting products.
* Coordinate deliverables across project teams and support project documentation management.
* Track project risks, dependencies, milestones, and action items.
* Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
* Support day-to-day PMO operations and reporting activities.
** What You Will Need
*** Must be a US Citizen due to nature of client engagements.
* Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD  PUBLIC TRUST .
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Analytics, Public Administration, Finance, or related field.
* One(1) to Three (3) years of experience supporting project management, business operations, reporting, analytics, or program coordination.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
* Must be able to go to travel to client site when needed.
* Will work from the Guidehouse office in Arlington, VA.
** What Would Be Nice to Have
*** Experience supporting PMOs, transformation programs, or technology initiatives.
* Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
* Experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, Jira, Service Now, or similar reporting tools.
* CAPM certification or progress toward PMP certification.
* Experience creating executive dashboards and data visualizations.
* Consulting or professional services experience.
