What You Will Do- Assist with the development and maintenance of charters, bylaws, membership structures, governance procedures, training materials, recertification artifacts, and records inventories.
- Maintain governance artifacts, membership data, action logs, recommendation trackers, decision logs, project schedules, risk registers, and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate meetings and engagements, including scheduling, stakeholder outreach, materials, logistics, attendance, note taking, summaries, and action follow-up.
- Collect and analyze operational and engagement data, identifying trends, gaps, dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Research critical infrastructure, cybersecurity, physical security, policy, and sector issues and prepare concise analyses and leadership-ready products.
- Support project execution through work plans, milestones, forecasts, process maps, and task management tools.
- Manage secretariat functions by coordinating, tracking, and ensuring timely responses to all internal agency requests for information.
- Apply quality control, version control, records management, and agency formatting requirements to all products.
- BS/BA degree.
- 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Must be proactive and possess exceptional initiative.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Working knowledge of, experience with, or interest in critical infrastructure protection, sector management, advisory, and stakeholder engagement functions.
- DHS Suitability required or ability to pass clearance investigation to obtain
- Hybrid with an onsite requirement in Arlington, Virginia.
