One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire for Superintendents to support their ongoing growth in the DMV region. This will be a direct placement with one of the largest concrete subcontractors in the U.S..
This individual will directly oversee profitable installation of project work by directing co-workers and other trades. Superintendents will be responsible for singular large projects or multiple mid-sized projects and ensuring that all planning, safety, cost and productivity is being met on the job site(s). They will also be responsible for maintaining a professional work culture by interacting with all stakeholders.

- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Engineering OR 5+ years of relevant construction industry experience and training (i.e. foreman or team lead)
- Knowledge of formwork and line & grade in concrete construction
- Strong communication and leadership skills; must be able to interact with and direct subcontractors/tradespeople.
- Ability to create manpower schedules
- Clean background and driving record; ability and willingness to travel across the region
