Role Overview
A construction management and general contracting organization is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler / Project Controls Scheduler to support regional projects.
This role is focused on CPM scheduling, schedule analysis, and project controls across multiple commercial construction projects (not project management).
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Primavera P6 CPM schedules
• Build and update baseline and progress schedules
• Perform critical path and Time Impact Analysis (TIA)
• Prepare schedule reports, narratives, and forecasts
• Track procurement, sequencing, and project milestones
• Identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies
Requirements
• 5+ years construction scheduling or project controls experience
• Strong Primavera P6 experience (required)
• Deep understanding of CPM scheduling
• Experience with baseline schedules and schedule updates
• Background with general contractor or construction management
Location
Washington, DC / Northern Virginia / Maryland
Hybrid flexibility based on project needs
