CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead multiple high-profile and complex projects. This is a critical leadership role for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in renovation, build-out, restoration, and construction — someone who drives quality workmanship while keeping projects on time and teams aligned.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES- Plan, schedule, and direct all phases of construction activity across multiple concurrent projects
- Coordinate and supervise all trade subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship is achieved on time and within scope
- Assess, communicate, and resolve daily jobsite issues with speed and professionalism
- Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability at every level of the project team
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and compliance with safety and building standards
- 7+ years in construction supervision
- Commercial & residential projects exceeding $3M
- Multi-project, high-profile environments
Experience with public sector or government-funded construction projects is a significant plus.
SALARYBase salary: $85K to $95K plus benefits and bonus. On a 1099 contract
