Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Construction Manager/ Foreman, Procurement / Purchasing
As a Facilities Manager, you will lead the successful execution of small-scale construction projects, typically valued under $50,000, on behalf of the client. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and external vendors through clear communication, meticulous project oversight, and precise attention to detail. You will ensure that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, ultimately supporting the creation of principles-driven work spaces that embody the client's organizational values, demonstrate responsible resource stewardship, and provide safe, functional environments where teams can perform at their best.
Responsibilities- Coordinate construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure clear, timely communication
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local safety standards, codes, and regulations
- Support procurement and contracting activities, including RFP development, vendor selection support, and project setup
- Coordinate architects, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal partners to drive alignment and execution
- Track project risks related to scope, schedule, budget, and safety, and support mitigation planning
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting on schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and closeout
- Coordinate warranty activities and postconstruction repairs to ensure timely resolution
- 2–5+ years of experience managing projects in the facilities management space
- Ability to commute to the Arlington, VA office daily except when traveling to remote office locations
- Ability to travel up to 25% of time to construction sites throughout the United States
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- High attention to detail and customer service mindset
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar tools
- Experience with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, Jira Service Management)
- Experience with project management tools and software

Estimated compensation for this position: 93,060. USD per year.
Location: On-site – Arlington, VA, Washington, DC.
