Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Procurement ​/ Purchasing

DFS Construction is seeking an experienced,
Mid-Senior Level Construction Project Manager to lead full lifecycle commercial builds. You will bridge the gap between field operations and executive leadership, managing budgets, scheduling, and subcontractor procurement from preconstruction to final handover. If you have a proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar projects on time, we want you on our team.

  Lead construction builds from pre-construction through procurement, commissioning, and final closeout.

  Oversee full project budgets, monthly financial forecasting, change orders, and cost controls.

  Develop master project schedules, track critical milestones, and execute risk-mitigation strategies.
• Procurement & Buyou
  t:
  Handle the independent buyout process, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage material allocation.
• Document Contro
  l:
  Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, permits, and quality assurance logs end-to-end.
• Stakeholder Coordinatio
  n:
  Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors.

  Minimum of 5 to 7+ years of progressively responsible construction project management experience.

  Proven history of managing tenant fit outs or major renovations exceeding $2M in value.

  Deep literacy in architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

  ck:
  High proficiency using Procore Construction Management Software, MS Project.
• Educati

  Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a highly related field is preferred.
• Certificatio
  ns: PMP, OSHA 30, or LEED green building certifications are valued pluses.
