We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Construction Coordinator II to support our Construction team and help drive successful project execution across a portfolio of multifamily communities.
What You'll DoAs a Construction Coordinator II, you'll provide administrative and project support for a variety of capital improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with project managers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to help ensure projects stay organized, compliant, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities Include- Supporting multiple projects from planning through completion.
- Creating and processing subcontractor contracts, purchase orders, change orders, permits, invoices, and related documentation.
- Preparing meeting agendas, presentations, reports, investment packages, budget documentation, and project correspondence.
- Coordinating calendars, meetings, and project-related communications.
- Maintaining project documentation and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Serving as a liaison among vendors, contractors, insurance providers, accounting teams, and internal business partners.
- Tracking project budgets, invoices, and other financial information.
- Assisting project managers with reporting, project administration, and ongoing operational support.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance team efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience supporting projects, budgets, contracts, invoicing, or construction-related activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting capital projects, renovations, construction, facilities, or property-related initiatives.
