Worship Pastor

Capital Life Church is seeking a Worship & Creative Pastor to lead the worship life and creative direction of our church. This full-time pastoral role serves on the executive leadership team and provides leadership across Sunday services, creative teams, and the church’s digital presence.

We are looking for a pastorally-minded worship leader who thrives in developing people, shaping meaningful worship environments, and building healthy, Spirit-filled teams.

• Lead worship for Sunday services and special gatherings
• Oversee service flow and execution in collaboration with pastoral and production leadership
• Provide creative direction across worship, visual communication, and livestream environments
• Recruit, develop, and disciple worship, creative, and production volunteers
• Serve as a pastor within the church community
• Contribute to church-wide vision and leadership decisions

• Demonstrated pastoral ministry experience within a local church
• Strong contemporary worship leadership and musical proficiency
• Experience building and leading volunteer teams
• Ability to collaborate effectively with production and creative leaders
• Alignment with Capital Life Church’s mission and values

Salary range:$70,000 – $85,000
, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
