The gist
You'll own the design of the products founders use to run and build their companies. This is craft plus product thinking: you'll move from problem to flows to high-fidelity, and you'll be in the room when we decide what to build.
What you'll do- Own product design end to end: research, flows, UI, and polish.
- Partner with engineering to ship — design that survives contact with code.
- Keep and extend our design system as the suite grows.
- Bring a point of view; push the work, don't just service tickets.
- A portfolio of shipped product work (not just concepts).
- Strong interaction and visual design — you sweat the details.
- Fluent in Figma and comfortable working closely with engineers.
- Product sense: you can argue for what matters and why.
- Front-end skills (you can prototype in code).
- Brand / motion experience.
- Worked at an early-stage startup.
