SummaryAV is seeking a Digital Innovation & Multimedia Manager to lead digital execution, multimedia production and emerging technology integration across the company’s communications function. This role will combine web development, video production, artificial intelligence, immersive technologies and digital storytelling to create new ways for audiences to understand and engage with AV, its people and its technologies.

The ideal candidate is both technically capable and creatively minded — someone who can build and manage digital experiences, shoot and edit high-quality video in-house, experiment with emerging technologies, and translate communications priorities into compelling digital products.

Position Responsibilities Lead day-to-day development, management and improvement of AV’s corporate website and communications-related digital platforms.

Produce high-quality video content in-house, including filming, editing, post-production, graphics, sound and final delivery.

Support executive interviews, product demonstrations, events, facility visits and other communications activities through on-site video production.

Develop short-form and long-form video content for media, social, web, executive communications, recruiting and other external audiences.

Create digital storytelling products that help explain AV’s technologies, missions, people and capabilities.

Evaluate and incorporate AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve content development, production, media monitoring, analytics, audience engagement and communications efficiency.

Develop or support immersive digital experiences, including virtual reality, augmented reality, interactive product demonstrations and experiential communications tools.

Identify opportunities to use emerging technologies to better explain complex AV capabilities to media, customers, policymakers and broader audiences.

Prototype and develop interactive webpages, microsites, digital demonstrations, data visualizations and other innovative communications products.

Build automations and technical solutions that improve publishing, monitoring, measurement and communications workflows.

Support development and execution of digital campaigns around major announcements, company programs, events and strategic priorities.

Work closely with public relations, social media, marketing, creative teams and business leaders to ensure digital and multimedia content supports broader communications objectives.

Manage and organize multimedia assets to improve accessibility and reuse across the enterprise.

Provide technical support for live streams, digital events, multimedia briefings and other high-visibility communications activities.

Advise communications leadership on emerging digital technologies, including AI, generative AI, immersive media and new communications platforms.

Stay current on digital trends and recommend where AV should experiment, invest or scale new communications capabilities.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
Bachelor’s degree in communications, digital media, film/video production, computer science, web development, marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
10+ years of experience in digital communications, multimedia production, web development, video production or related work.

Demonstrated experience shooting and editing professional-quality video.

Proficiency with professional video editing and post-production tools.

Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, audio and video production workflows.

Experience developing or supporting virtual reality, immersive media, or interactive visualization experiences.

Experience managing or developing websites and digital content.
