- Cultivate genuine, experience‑focused connections with members and guests
- Calls! Make 75 Discovery calls per day on‑duty, either in‑studio or remotely
- Deliver exceptional sales and service experience to all members and guests
- Know how to close a membership sale and confidently demonstrate the value of joining
- Assist in planning and promoting entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
- Ensuring studio is always show‑ready and SPENGA clean
- Attend at least 1 SPENGA social event per quarter
- Attend monthly team meetings evenings 8 pm for one hour MANDATORY
- As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
- Maintain a clean and sanitary studio at all times, cleaning every day
- Help retain and increase client participation, to include:
- Social Media:
Posting IG reels, stories & posts – BE FUN and CREATIVE! Post minimum 1 reel per month in addition to stories. Don’t stress over perfection! Copy other studios/trending audios, etc. - Managing /supporting various in‑studio challenges, including Bingo, Hellth Week, Century RIde, You vs You Challenge
