Position Summary

Enjoy the opportunity to demonstrate extraordinary care for residents as they efficiently address resident requests. Driven by a desire to build relationships, Customer Service Representatives naturally excel at connecting with residents and providing superior service to ensure that we deliver the best in apartment living.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver a warm greeting to residents to make them feel welcome.
  • Quickly respond to all resident requests and use creativity to solve problems and drive resident satisfaction.
  • Work with residents on lease alteration and lease renewal options and paperwork.
  • Support the assistant manager with administrative and financial duties.
  • Develop an in‑depth knowledge of the neighborhood so that you can recommend the trendiest new coffee‑shops, must‑see art exhibits and other great things to do in the area.
  • Coordinate community activities and social events to build resident relationships.
What You’ll Need to Succeed (Requirements)
  • Experience in customer service‑related fields such as hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire for learning and professional development.
  • Strong aptitude for computer systems and software.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and embodying our core customer service elements of:
