As Resident Services Coordinator, you will respond to resident inquiries and concerns and provide community information to residents. You will conduct move‑in orientation for new residents and follow up with residents after service is completed in their home to ensure satisfaction. Above all, you will have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications- 1+ year(s) of experience in a customer service role
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license may be required
- Evenings, weekends and/or holidays may be required
