Leasing Consultant

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of leasing experience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to step in and help wherever needed. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and is committed to providing exceptional service to residents.

• Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process.
• Respond to resident inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist with lease renewals, resident retention efforts, and community events.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within property management systems.
• Support the property management team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional responsibilities as needed.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, prospects, and team members.

• Minimum of 1 year of leasing experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive with a go-getter mentality.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Experience with Entrata is preferred but not required.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
• Professional appearance and ability to maintain a business professional dress code.

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
