Team Member Responsibilities

  • Present a neat, clean appearance in company uniform.
  • Greet each customer you encounter with a smile and a word of welcome or departure.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers.
  • Serve customers according to all company procedures and standards.

Cooperation with Peers

  • Work with fellow employees as part of a team, helping others when they need a hand.
  • Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co‑workers.
  • Help new employees through training and orientation.
  • Demonstrate patience and understanding when training others.
  • Keep other employees informed about what you are doing.

Attendance

  • Be personally reliable.
  • Understand posted work schedule and report to work as scheduled, on time, in uniform and ready to begin tasks.

  • Understand and use approved time‑keeping system.
