Team Member Responsibilities
- Present a neat, clean appearance in company uniform.
- Greet each customer you encounter with a smile and a word of welcome or departure.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers.
- Serve customers according to all company procedures and standards.
Cooperation with Peers
- Work with fellow employees as part of a team, helping others when they need a hand.
- Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co‑workers.
- Help new employees through training and orientation.
- Demonstrate patience and understanding when training others.
- Keep other employees informed about what you are doing.
Attendance
- Be personally reliable.
- Understand posted work schedule and report to work as scheduled, on time, in uniform and ready to begin tasks.
- Provide appropriate notice when unable to be at work.
- Provide written notice for being late or absent as required.
- Understand and use approved time‑keeping system.
Cooperation with Management
- Be open and receptive to requests, demonstrate flexibility and dependability.
