Customer Service Rep, Call Center / Support
Transdev in Arlington, VA is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking friendly, customer service‑oriented people who are dedicated to safety.
Compensation- Competitive compensation package of minimum $17.00 – Maximum $21.00
- Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks
- Sick days: 5 days
- Holidays: 12 days (8 standard and 4 floating)
- Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, and voluntary long‑term disability
- Company paid ASE testing, training materials, and tool reimbursement
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor
- Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed established performance requirements
- Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses
- Other duties as required
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Computer literate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate a standard telephone system
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason
- Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day)
- Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job
- Tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes, and noise
